Description

The U.2 dual control panel is the latest development in the Laukhuff control unit family. It was designed as an alternative to the traditional control card cabinets. There are many reasons for external control units: Often solenoids are mounted in such a way that control elements would not be accessible at all. Sometimes the construction of a division results in an ideal mounting location for concentrated slider control.

With the U.2 you have full flexibility: on a footprint of only 77mm x 88mm it combines the function of two U.1 control units for independent control of two sliders. Thanks to DIN rail mounting, you can quickly set up a well-arranged layout of the required number of control units. Reduce the amount of cabling by choosing the best location, be it a single chest, an organ division or a central control system for the whole organ.

The 16 operating modes cover all the functions of the classic Laukhuff control units. Control signals in positive or negative polarity can be selected via a solder bridge. The control can be done either via an "RS" line (stop switch or setter output) or two separate pulses for on and off movement.
